I carved the figure of the stump of 22 years ago into it with the annual rings for 26 years. It is a figure in which the seed of this tree budded and it passed in four years.
This stump had a root cut for work of the last exhibition, and remained. In that time I noticed that a seed is in this stump. This is a cause of this exhibition's theme "Stump".
I carved the stump toward the core of the annual rings of a root and a trunkA young root disappeared. And I arrived at the annual rings for the 4th year.
Now I haven't found the seed yet.
